How do i connect my sony PC120E camcorder to windows messenger so i can use it as a web cam. my computer is RX-306

u cant use that camcorder as a webcam. it is not designed as a webcam.

It is possible to connect most DV or analogue camcorders via firewire or analogue connections and use as a webcam, using specialist software.

One allowing firewire connection called "WebcamDV" here ---

If the tape is left out of the camcorder, it prevents the cam going into standby mode.
