VGN BX396XP

Hello

I bought a VGN-BX396XP in FEB 2007 and now i have real trubles with this NB.

I Send it 4 months ago to SONY wtith probleams in heatin, lcd pixel fails and problems with the DC board.

Sony - Teleplan try to repair it (now the 4th time) and i had in the last 4 month no workin NB.

Did any of y have any tips, that i can do, to get a working notebook?

Are you saying your Vaio been returned to you from Sony support for the fourth time and it's still not working.?

What work has Sony support stated has been done on your Vaio.?

What problems are you still having.?

Do you have the case number(s) if so could you post them here please.?

3 times with other problems. (hdd, maus, display, heating, DC-conector board)
and at the moment (4 time) its still (4 weeks) by teleplan.

i hoop the new unit will working. I need a nb every day, this was the reason i bought a buissiness nb. but i have real trubles with that unit.
