Vaio VGN-FW31ZJ memory upgrade from 4gb to 8gb

Hello,
I want to purchase a 8gb(2x4)DDR2 800mhz memory for my notebook.
I emailed my local Sony Vaio Support for this upgrade and they said I could do it manually, by myself, because for now they don't have 8gb.
Does anyone know websites that are selling 8gb memory for notebooks? I searched on google but not much came up.
