Spiderman DVD

Although not massively important in the scheme of things, when I purchased my Vaio around 2/3 months ago, I was promised a copy of this DVD upon registration. I have been checking Sony website and can't find where I could remind them about sending this DVD out.

Has anyone experienced similar problems and if so, did you eventually receive the DVD?

I believe it can take around 6 weeks for the Spiderman BD to arrive, if the disc has not been received after about 1.5 months then I suggest you contact Sony Vaio Support.

Hm, since january.... about 4 times the suggested 1.5 month....
I'm back from my holidays since 2 weeks and I was there for about three weeks.
Before -> nothing.
Now -> nothing.
In Future -> nothing?
Poor Sony....

I registered mine in March and thought I'd been waiting a long time!
Looks like I'll not be receiving my disc anytime soon then...!

I had this same problem, I got my AR51M back in March i think it was and registered it for the free DVD straight away. After about 2 months i still had no sign of the DVD, so i contacted the vaio support and they got back to me pretty quickly saying that they are aware of the delay and that they are experiencing shortages etc. But then about a month later, i got the DVD! hooked it up to the HD Tv via HDMI cable for some tasty HD action mmm

So i suggest using that link to contact them. Its really for sofware/hardware problems but just find somewhere to put in the complaint and as long as you arent too arse-y about it, they will get back to you and you will find you get the DVD soon enough.

Hi Thalamus,

now the case is reopened and I gave my adress.
They answered me that they will resend (why RE-send ) the DVD but it may take about 4 weeks.
After 6 month i can truly wait another month :smileygrin:
