Sony Everywair 3G UK

[size=3]Hi I've just got a Vaio TT with built in "Everywair" £G ability.

Can some one in the UK tell me how to set this up. Do I just buy a dongle from 3 or Vodafone and take the sim out of the dongle and putit into the slot next to the battery. Do you then just swith on the computer and it recognises the sim card?
