Problem with Internet Access Using Netgear Wireless Modem

I have a Vaio VPCCW15FG.

Recently, I changed to Netgear wireless modem and found that I am unable to get internet access though there is connection between my laptop and the Netgear.

However, it has no problem if I use cable between my laptop and the Netgear.

Also, if I use the Netgear USB, I also can access to internet.

Any advice?
