keyboard problem on vaio FZ21M

well my vaio FZ21M have some kind of keyboard problem. for example sometimes when i type a key it keeps repeating that key without interruption or for example when i type "1" it writes "135789" or another string of numbers? external keyboard seems to work fine.

is this a known vaio problem, a virus problem or hardware problem?

Hi Numak,

This would appear to be a hardware problem, as opposed to a sticky key, as random numbers are sometimes generated.

As an external keyboard seems to work fine I think that you can rule out malware but it is always worth running a couple of virus scanning programs.

Ultimately the only way to be sure is to return your machine to factory settings using either your recovery disks or the HDD recovery partition.
