Ever since I once investigated the VAIO Content Sharing software on my new laptop VGN-FW51ZF with WINDOWS 7 it starts up straight away when I start my computer. This wouldn't be that bad if it would not constantly "Collect Content". I already set all source devices in the VAIO Content Sharing Settings to "Do not collect" and removed all folders from the "folders to monitor" in VAIO Content Monitoring Settings. Still, the VAIO Content Sharing software is constantly collecting content and slows my system down.
Can anybody help me with stopping the VAIO Content Sharing software to collect content? Ideally it would not start up when I start my computer. But I want to keep uninstalling the software only as a last resource.
