Clean Fans on SVE1713C5E

Hey guys!

 

I'm looking to find out how I can (If I can) clean out my cooling fans as my laptop (SVE1713C5E) gets very hot even with just chrome and word running (Image Attached - This is on balanced Power Plan).

 

Thank you for any help given.
