the screen is black on my KDL-22BXOD

on my KDL-22BX20D the picture has gone but the sound is ok. When I connect it to another monitor via scart I can see the picture OK, and can change channels and adjust volume but that's it - any clues please?

Defintely a rpoblem with your device. Have you tried restarting? And are there any devices plugged in to this computer like usb? Try to take everything off.

If still a no go, try to do a hard reset on this.

sounds like your tv screen has a fault somehow, the only option is your local authorised repair centre and get them to take a look at it.
