Xperia arc 3G\GPRS problem connectivity after upgrading to 4.0.A.2.368 fimware

Hi!

My Xperia arc don`t want to connect to 3G\GPRS network. I tried everything I can, except downgrade. Can anybody help me with my problem? Thank you
