Please help, for the back up of sms's !!

Hey all..

my phone has been updated..

i had taken the back up of evrything from 2.1 version using "Backup and Restore" app

copied the data to a new folder "APK"

Installed "IO File Manager" app, and could see the folder APK from IO file manager

The prob is, how to restore the sms's which were restored to the "Message" folder in the menu now?

Please help to with a solution
