NO X10 UPGRADE TILL AT LEAST NOV 2010

SONY ERRICSON HAVE NOW ON THE WEEK THAT IT WAS MENT TO BRING US 2.1 HAVE NOW TURNED AROUND AND SAYS NOT BE STARTING THE UPDATE PROGRAM untill NEXT MONTH (OCT)

so most will not get it till nov 2010

come on sonyerricson this is not good customer service,,,,,

i feel let down (and wont be alone) after been told month after month we would have it in oct.

i feel its goodbye to s/e as they cant deliver the full product for many users.

conned into getting a product that wont reach its full protental after spending my hard earned money.

WE WANT ANSWERS NOW -  TO WHATS GOING ON AND THE TRUTH TO WHEN WE WILL GET IT -

AND WILL WE EVER GET 2.2 before 2012

As someone living in North Florida, I'm confused by the comments on the gingerbread update. On October 6th., I downloaded "2.13" to the X10 and a "2.14" to an HTC phone. Isn't this the gingerbread everyone is talking about?  I'm assuming that the 3 means 3G and the 4 means 4G.  Anyrate, if this is gingerbread, I really didn't have any trouble downloading it recently. I'm more concerned that future upgrades("icecream")cannot not be downloaded to X10's...but this version is maybe 9 months off.

the gingerbread version should say android version 2.3.3 in the settings menu/about phone... are you on At&t by chance?
