Lost favourite default ringtones after upgrading to 4.0.A.2.368

Made mistake of upgrading build as advised only to find all my ringtone and notification settings have changed and when i tried to change ringtone back to original its not there anymore, only have 12 ringtones. Have never downloaded any and one i want was standard on phone when i bought it. How do i get them back......Help Please!!!!!  Also wireless keeps dropping off now as less reception...

and download the ringtones and alarms and transfer them to your SD card

You could have a look at this link, there is a system repository of the Xperia Play part of which is ringtone/notifications.  The other alternative if you know the name of the ringtone is have a look at https://market.android.com/details?id=net.zedge.android&feature=search_result Zedge, which has many thousands of ringtones and I know (cos I helped someone else) it has some of the ones that went missing in the update!
