How to silence incoming call?

Hi

How can I silence an incoming call?

RIght now all I can do is slide the red phone icon to the left and it goes into vmail.

Is there are way to just silence the call on the touch screen without answering?

That helps.

I will see if I can turn off 3G, right now it keeps finding the 3G network but just shows in the status bar.
