I want to know if or how can i see the time that i have talked totally or in a month or something like that.?? Thank you!!!!

you should not stop anything..

even if you do so they will restart again..and will deplete more battery..

so best option is to let them running

i just concern about my RAM..

in case i play game that use a lot of RAM..

since my phone RAM is not huge..

i use xperia arc...

and i force closes these programmes..

• setup guide
• market ( dont want this to run but it may start again by itself)
• update centre
• music
• data monitor
• fun and downloads

and yes you are doin thsi on your own will..

i will not be responsible for anything

but some of the above processes starts again

u can stop them by goin to settings > applications > manage applications > running services
