How can I backup my calendar?

I need to do an OS repair on the new 2.3 update because I keep getting that "android.process.media" error but before I do I would like to save my calendar events so I don't have to re-enter everything manually.. I tried the Sony Ericsson dashboard sync but I can't seem to figure it out.. since my phone is able to pull calendar events from my Google account, Facebook account and SE account isn't there any way to do the opposite (send events from my phone to the Google, SE or Facebook calendars [and then back again after the update])?

I just spent hours trying to fix this and I'm getting frustrated.. I'm going to take a break.. Thanks in advance for any help or input..

yes but you need to have sync on in order to do that

once you've done the steps above -> open your calendar app -> my calendars -> make sure your gmail account is Synced, visible that should send the events you add on your calendar (on your x10) to your gmail

I know it will work because I just re-tested it

add your events then sync them to your X10

When I sync from Google that only brings events from my Google calendar to my phone.. I want to do the opposite, which is move events events from my phone to my Google calendar. Is there a way to do that?

Ahh... you know what my problem was? On Google's website, I didn't have the calendar selected under "My Calendars".. I was getting frustrated because every thing you told me to do I had already done (except the auto-update, which you recommended) but all the while, my calendar wasn't appearing in Google because of an option on the Google website not my phone.. so my phone had been functioning correctly all along!

Thank you very much for your assistance and I apologise if I sounded rude at any point during our conversation.. I was trying to convince myself not to throw my phone against the wall..
