Is it possible to connect my X10 Mini pro to a PC (USB lead) and send txts if so how? this would be a boon to use a full size KB

if you are in the US you can use Google Voice to send sms from any computer (PC/MAC/etc) just by going to google.com/voice and downloading the app on your phone

Yeah, no problem.You can also use this application to back up and restore your texts, if you needed to.It also has a whole lot more functions which PC Companion doesn't,as you will find out.
