Hi, suggest not to touch any of those running applications/processes (unless those that are manually opened by you). Some processes automatically start up again even after killing them, just let Android OS manages it's own processes and memory.

If you really want to do it, suggest downloading a task manager from Android Market (however, my advice is 'Leave Android OS to do the work').

A few questions before providing suggestion ....

Are you having this issue with both Wi-Fi and Mobile Network?

Is phone able to access internet? If yes, can it access your gmail account?

Not applicable

You can kill Timescape no problems... it is battery and CPU hungry!!!

I kill it everytime I reboot the phone!
