Hi @José02, sorry to hear about your phone. Slightly_frowning_Face

Is there any change if you remove your SIM and/or SD card(s) from the phone, or does it still continue to restart over and over?

If there is no change when removing the SIM and/or SD card(s), try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone and since it can't be unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Shen02, sorry to hear about this and I apologize for the late reply.

Have you been able to charge/turn the device on? If you haven't please try the troubleshooting that I have previously posted in this thread.

Start with holding the volume up and power button for 10 seconds!

Let me know how it went!

I already do what should be do but the result still same..

I think my M4 Aqua no much power to to 'week up' / power down..

Mybe the battery need to jumper when I saw in youtube...

I'm using this device almost 1year so I don't think the battery already died or need to change.

So what do you think Sony Support Team ?

Hi again and I apologize for the late reply, I have been out of office due to holidays!

If you still can't power on or charge your device after doing all the troubleshooting, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so the device can be examined by a trained technician at an authorized service centre.

Should you have any questions regarding local service routines, warranty and so forth, they will gladly assist you with this as well!

Feel free to keep me posted!

у меня было так. открыть крышку телефона и на несколько секунд отключить контур батареи, а затем подсоединить его обратно. Телефон должен включаться.

I had it so. Open the phone cover and switch off the battery circuit for a few seconds, then reconnect it. The phone must turn on.

Hi @Mango4, welcome to our forum!

Your question has been translated to English as this is an international forum.

Do I understand correctly that your device is both turning on and charging now?

Let me know if that is correct and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question! Slightly_smiling_Face

I'll pass on the multiple deceptions and frustration about this device through the last two years of service. After I had it (at last !) repaired under warranty, I started having this issue.

I have been using a Galaxy S1 (very reliable !) since this autumn, until I finally could try a home fixing.

So I can tell you all now: it is not a dead battery symptom ! I just changed mine yesterday with high hopes and eventually I remain at the same point.

I read and watched lots of tutorials but none is working for me.

At the begining, thought it was too hot so I put it in the fridge sometimes, and it seemed to help, but it was no real solution.

Today I can't use the xperia companion or even the power + volume method to wake it up.

Right now I am trying to let it plugged for hours, as recommended in some forums.

It's a shame Sony does nothing to assist customers in this quite known issue all over the world.

HI, Sony support team

Sorry for late reply...

I sent my M4 Aqua to Sony Centre and after 5 days they told me that my device have motherboard problem..

Hahaha...

I really shock about that coz I never drop my device, never over charges & not often play the games..

So Sony support team I wanna to know can I change my motherboard E2353 single 8gb to motherboard E2306 single 16gb?
