Xperia m4 aqua Wifi and Wifi-hotspot wont turn on

I have a problem: my WiFi and wifi-hotspot won't turn and I have updated the system but still the same

Test it and report back, but seems like you have to get your device inspected by your Local support

My wifi don't turns on and my phone doesn't update the software new version so plz solve that
