Have you tried connecting your phone to another Wi-Fi network? If you haven't done that and have the possibility I'd recommend doing that so we can see if the same behavior occurs on that Wi-Fi network as well.
If you have tried connecting to another Wi-Fi network and there was no change, try resetting the network settings in your phone. This will reset all your saved Wi-Fi networks, paired Bluetooth accessories and reset the settings for your mobile data connection. To do that go to Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset > Reset setting. When this is done, restart your device and try connecting to your Wi-Fi network again.
Do not forget to redownload the settings for mobile data, this can be done in Settings > More > Internet settings and to pair your Bluetooth accessories.
