Very low sound from speaker

After up day sound has gone really quiet from music to message tone and ring tone on my Sony m2 can any one plz help, can I delete the up date?

You have 2 options to downgrade, either through your Local support or flashtool

I' m facing the same problem, only i do get a small volume from left channel... The picture quality is zero too. This all after lollipop update...

I too have noticed the volume of the M2 is kinda low.

I don't know if this is because of Lollipop update, I just hadn't paid much attention to it.

I don't know why SONY hasn't come up with any fixes, I am very disappointed for sure.

I have an Xperia M2 and ever since the upgrade to lollipop I have been experiencing sound issues.  The volume is very low, and sometimes it doesn't even make the notification sounds.  Yes i have tried rebooting, and in safe mode changing the NU player settings, even restored factory settings and nothing works.

I don't want to uninstall the update, I am very happy with all other aspects of lollipop.  Is there going to be a fix for this soon, or are we going to have to wait for Marshmallow?

I have the same volume problems with my speaker after the update. The sound is not the same.

If rooted use viper audio, on 5.1 you need to disable Sony audio and music fx apps and you need selinux mode changer set to permissive also need to select awesome player instead of nuplayer in developer options(IMPORTANT) then install viper drivers reboot and viper audio should fine

Hello.

I have the same problems with the sound .

Whether it is due Lollipop I do not know .

If I record a message and play it back , no sound comes from the speaker , audio only as by telephone without using the loudspeaker.

I hope this will be fixed along with other problems with GPS and camera .

Does not work for me! After upgrading to lollipop, the sound is to low! The safe mode doens't work for me! I need a solution! I hardly hear the phone when I receive calls or sms! It's start to be desperate! Please do something fast!

Hello, I have Sony Xperia M2 Dual, my speaker stopped working but my volume worked without using speaker..

I contacted Sony any I performed everything they suggested with no change..

I had to send to be repaired, they replaced the speaker it now works but its a little scratchy therefore is now is be sent back, hopefully this time it's good...
