Hello,
I am currently using a Sony Xperia phone, M5 Dual (E5663) and since yesterday I am experiencing problems of unlocking my phone, as it does not recognise my unlock pattern anymore (just randomly happened). No matter how many times I type a wrong pattern there is no option for forgotten pattern.
I did try restarting it a couple of times, I also downloaded Xperia Companion and tried to repair the software, but it is giving an error.
I also tried to do it through Google device but it does not work at all.
Any ideas how this might be solved?
