Unable to upgrade XPERIA M software with latest firmware

Recently i read an article regarding software update for xperia M and i am trying to update the same but through PCC i am unable to update

They do need to be approved, cuz as of now if you seen my App ops thread it has the yellow triangle instead of the images. And if I check my profile the pictures say Awaiting Approval. So just wait for a few hours.
