Sound Problem

Whole sound of the device except for calls doesnt work. It suddenly stopped working twice, once it went back to normal but now I cant use the device because of sound issue. Help needed asap!

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

I tested and it doesnt work. I may just check if headphones work then 😕
