There are black thin lines on the Screen of the Phone. The Screen looks like it is divided into three parts. Post and pictures appear corrupted on the Screen. What is the problem connected to?

Hi @Ayse1, sorry to hear about this.

It's very hard to say what the cause can be before we do some troubleshooting.

To start with, make sure that you have not enabled the developer options in the device and turned something on in here (Settings > About phone > Developer options).

You can also restart your device in safe mode, so we can see if any of your downloaded applications are the cause of this behaviour.
