my phone is stuck in wave screen

my phone is so low bat(0%), until I charge my phone and then when I want to turn on my phone, it's stuck on wave screen for a long time. and then I can't turn it off again until my phone doesn't have battery anymore, what should I do?

Remove the SIM and SD cards from the phone > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > repair it with XC
