Since my phone had been saying update could not install, i downloaded the sony companion and tried to update with that. The update still failed and now my phone is stuck on the sony xperia screen. Tried holding down the volume and the onoff button, until the three vibrations, nothing happened. Then tried to repair my phone with the companion multiple times, which also didnt work-Restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the companion, tried again, updated java. Still nothing. Is there anybody out there who can help me?
