M5 shuts down

My M5 was working well, took pictures with it and everything. All of a sudden it hanged then shut down though the battery was only 35%. I turned it on while connected to the charger, I was still able to factory reset it because I thought it has been hanged because of the full memory. However it shut down and will only be until the blue opening screensaver (I dont know how you call it) I tried to fix it with xperia companion thinking it was just a software issue. It turned on was able to see the apps but then after less than 5mins it turned off and the last thing I saw in the screen is pixilated Sony Logo then it turned off. I thought it was again battery issue since it was 5% before it turned off, so I connected it to the charger. Red light is on, so I thought it was charging, I kept it charged for an hour but still up to this moment it was never turned on. Need help. Any advice? I already sent this phone in service center in the Middle East (I bought it there and I used to work there) since it was also broken from then they were able to fix it. But then again it happened. I love this phone thats why I never give it up. Im already in the Philippines now, do you think they will fix my phone though I bought it in the middle east?
