after 1 month my 1 Giga came back . the problem is the sd card .if you use under class 10. you must replace it with class 10 . sd card make some wrong with ram storage . (both connect with motherboard)
now all i do is to pull the sd card out ,turn of the phone, put sd card again, turn on again .
maybe 1,2,3 time
now ram is 1.8
2 days the phone restart after 20 m but now all the day only 1 restart

once you update to a newer version of android. the added features would also eat up ram. so this is as expected. I suggest to uninstall uniportant apps or review background apps settings>apps

Coustmour service too bad all they can do. (reset,........

You should all know that it is  Sony responsibility.

haha short storyline.. your ''another'' 1 GB of ram it's dead.. i have the same on my M4, except that mine ram got dead even when i had Lollipop 5.0.. started with restarting it self like crazy, then didn't want to boot even, i was able to receiveing SMS but cannot make phone calls, both sim cards shows no network coverage, if there was network coverage i was not reachable too just as i mentioned i was able to send and receive SMS.. the mobile data was working fine, and the wi-fi, i still keep the phone, but after the ''dead'' 1 GB of ram is slow and sluggish.. almost not usable.. and yes the restarts still happens not that often now after the ram got away.. but still happens.. oh and just to add.. this about the 883 mb ram.. was discussed long time ago.. but Sony denied to replace the motherboards.. not nice at all from their side

aha i see.. okay if it's not.. then where's the other 1 GB of ram.. ? i was following the forums back then pretty often, then i didn't had that problem, but now i do, so how can i return my previous ram ? as i know it by replacing the motherboard, on my own.. i'd have to pay for it, since my warranty is gone.. and even after the replacement, how can i be sure, if the motherboard would be lasting longer, or would just colapse after 3 months of using ?

When you replaced the motherboard, which Android flavor did you flashed?

no you didn't get me, i still have the old faulty motherboard isn't changed what i did was updating from Lollipop up to 6.0.1 Marshmallow, but didn't change nothing except the phone isn't restarting that much now (and as i said earlier i lost the other 1 GB of ram on Lollipop version 5.0 not after upgrading to MM), but still 883 Ram.. And no, i don't have SD card inside i have 16 GB version E2363 dual-sim, back then i had like over 50 system accidents when on Lollipop, now is less
