M4 Aqua locked

last night sudddenly my M4 restart automatically

and then no longer loaded Android continuing to cycle in the initial blue screen, I try with Companion and then with EMMA but the problem is that the phone is LOCKED and I can do nothing....

There is a way to unlock it ?
