Hola a todos! Recurro a este foro porque ya no encuentro respuesta al problema. Tengo el error que indiqué en el título. No puedo acceder a las aplicaciones del teléfono, no puedo acceder a la copia de seguridad que tuve que reiniciar de fábrica por este mismo problema (ésto lo empeoró). Ya no se que mas hacer, no hay foros explicando el problema en Internet.
