Illumination bar not working / lighting up after update 4.4.4 kitkat

After using an unoffical app from the playstore, to control the LED Illumination for M2 (D2303)  it stopped working completely, I even reset the phone using the PC companion. It won't show up for powering the phone on, any Sony app and all unofficial apps can't get it to work again.

i am also user of m2 dual. i have got solution for illuminates lights. theres is a small holl in the side of sim card slot. Open the simcard cover and gently press a pen or pencil tip in the holl for 5 seconds. the phone will automatically switch off. after that switch on the mobile with power button and chekout the illuminates light is working.

So we have to compramise with Android Upgrade we can't use the latest 4.4.4 Version 

I don't need to use Android 4.2 V i need Android 4.4.4 V with problem solution

Guys.... I also have xperia M2. Now the IIIunmination bar is not working. it's happon from this update- kitkat 4.4.4(18.3.1.B.1.10) i think. before this update the ilght is worked. Not happy with this issue. 😞

Its solved. As per the sugestion of members I did a phone reset using the reset button near the sim slot. Now its working fine

I have Solution for all who in trouble for Illimunation bar not working:- (Sony Xperia M2 Dual)

1.Open Sim Slot Cover

2. Press a tiny off key under side sim slot (press through a neddle)

3. now on phone and you see in album illimunation bar is working again

I solved illuminating light by pressing reset hole but I got again same problem more times how to fix.
and I had charged battery up to 4 hrs but only shown 98% not 100%
