Mobile phone model : Xperia M4 Aqua dual E2333
Problem : my phone begin to restart over and over by itself and wasn't able to turn on
solutions tried : 1) I tried the factory reset and it did n't fix anything
2) I tried to Re-install software by using Xperia Companion as I hope this would be a software problem not hardware but am facing a problem , Ican't pass this step in the photo I did all the 5 steps eactly and nothing happens it refuses to proceed to the next step please help me If you can
Note : I tried the " Help aslo "
