Abnormal switching off of the phone
My problem is that there is an abnormal shutdown of the phone.I think that I have done everything necessary for a user by following the instructions of online assistance.The anomaly, from what I could verify, is that the shutdown occurs in proximity of high magnetic fields. I have found this in some sites where there is a magnetic anomaly, which however can also occur from an electrical system for residential use badly done that is done so that it is not interrupted, in practice spiral.The verification was repeated several times and the conclusion is that the phone works perfectly everywhere except those mentioned.To be able to restart, I have to insert the power cord, and it is the only way, and only after that reboot occurs. Further specifies that if the phone is switched on and I turn it off, the reboot is normally done. I also need help because both the assistance and other centers have not been able to find the solution.
NB: the phone was purchased internat by an extra UE reseller, therefore not built for Europe.
Spegnimento anomalo del telefono
Il mio problema è che c'è uno spegnimento anomalo del telefono.Premetto che ho fatto tutto il necessario disponibile per un utente seguendo le istruzioni dell'assistenza online.L'anomalia,da quello che ho potuto verificare,è che lo spegnimento avviene in prossimità di campi magnetici elevati.Il riscontro l'ho fatto in alcuni siti dove c'è un anomalia magnetica,che comunque può avvenire anche da un impianto elettrico ad uso abitativo fatto male cioè fatto in modo che non si interrompe,in pratica fatto a spirale.La verifica è stata ripetute piu volte e la conclusione è che il telefono funziona perfettamente in ogni luogo ad esclusione quelli citati.Per poterlo riavviare,devo assolutamente inserire il cavo di alimentazione,ed è l'unico modo,e solo dopo di ciò avviene il riavvio.Preciso ulteriormente che se il telefono è acceso e lo spengo,il riavvio avviene normalmente.Chiedo aiuto anche perché sia l'assistenza che altri centri non sono riusciti a trovare la soluzione.
NB:il telefono è stato acquistato su internat da un rivenditore extra UE di conseguenza non costruito per l'Europa.
