I've moved your post into the relevent forum area.

Your issue looks like some kind of GPU gkitch, you can try fixing by performing a backup using Xperia Companion followed by a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If the issue still is present after doing this, contact your Local support for a device repair evaluation.
