Hello, the equipment is new; however, I do not have a network. I have already restarted it, I have turned it off, I have seen tutorials. However, I still do not have access to the network. It prevents me from making calls.

Hola, el equipo es nuevo; sin embargo no tengo red. Ya lo he reiniciado, lo he apagado, he visto tutoriales. Sin embargo sigo sin acceso a red. Me impide realizar llamadas.
