forgot my phone screen password ! Help Me!!!

Hello, forgot a password of the screen on my phone L2. The phone is new, used finger print as a key, then phone switched off and after i should use and code of the screen. I completely forgot it, case did once in the beginning.

The link myxperia.sonymobile.com doesnt work, computer cant find IP-address at all

Hi @Svetlana17, I'm very sorry to hear about that.

I recommend you to do a software repair using Xperia Companion to reset the phone back to factory settings. 

Unfortunately you can't use Myxperia as this is discontiniued since the release of Sony Xperia XZ Premium.
