Hello,
Since a couple of days my Sony STR DN 840 AV receiver is not responding.
I bought it 11 months ago and was working flawlessly, until recently.
The problem is device doesn't respond at all, the standby light comes ON (becomes green) but display of AV Receiver is OFF. NO sound, no response to remote , no FM/AM . Device is as good as NOT started.
i disconnected all the speaker cables, antennas. But did I not help. did disconnected power several times. Didnt help.
Tried doing factory reset but I don't think it was successful. Problem persists.
Can someone help me please??
