I bought a Sony DVD recorder in 2005, model HX710. The remote control turns the recorder on and off and programmes I had set are recording. However when I press SYSTEM MENU on the remote the menu does not come up so I cannot view the programmes I have taped or indeed use the recorder at all. I suspect it is a small fault but where can I get it repaired?
