S570 won't connect to Router though it says signal is great

Bought S570 in Dec connected OK but now won't connect even though it finds Router and says signal is great . Can anyone please Help me or do I need to take it back to get fixed?

Have you tried connecting it using Ethernet ( temporaily), updating the firmware and then doing a full reset?

Thanks Catmambo, I was just about to do a syou advised , then thought I'd give it one more try by trying to connect one final time and whatdoyouknow it just connected. I'd not tried anything different so after a couple of weeks of trying off it just came good. I'm glad it hooked up wirelessly but now I'm wondering why.
