Hey guys,
I recently bought a Sony STRDH810 AVR and cant get the peripherals to play through the correct channels.
Let me explain....I only have a PS3 and a SKY HD box to connect, I conected it all up as per the manual and in the input menu there are preset inputs for BR, SAT/TV etc however there are a few called HDMI 1, 2, 3, 4. and both of my peripherals will only play in the second HDMI menues.
This is fine with the PS3 but I really want the SKY box going through the preset one as with the HDMI ones you can not choose optical as a sound input and without optical I cant have it in 5.1.
