Hi, I have a Sony HBD-E370. When I put a film in there is no picture at all, only sound. I can't even bring up the menu on the TV to change the setup or check for firmware update. I have checked the HDMI cable on another device and it is working fine. I would really appreciate if anyone has any advice as to what the cause could be. Thanks
