DVD recorder

Please can you help with my dvd recorder player RDR HXD870 it keeps losing channels i update  and it works for a short time them acts up again  I have downloaded update 170 but it will not enter in to machine  the firmware version is 435 and software version is 125 please can you help me fix this problem

You might need to first of all update to version 1.66 and following that version 1.70 

 

There is a note about that on the support page somewhere. I always recommend Ashampoo Burning Studio freeware for creating the ISO disc needed. Search the downloads section of the site and select freeware from the product type dropdown.
