From time to time I am getting poor sound quality that I can only describe as being a Gruff/Rough sound (not a crackle) that sounds a bit like playing a scratched record. It makes the programme I am watching become almost intolerable. I have tried altering all settings at differing times and although things seem better the sound quality returns to this gruff sound. Never had it with any other Sound Bar. This has been going on for over 12 months and more likely 18 months. Originally thought it might have been the broadcaster but I now know it isn't.
Any help and advice would be welcome?
