To all Sony owners out there. DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS.

I bought a sony XG9005 TV in February 2020 and a month a go it developed a fault and has no picture on the screen. I have treated the TV impecibally so I was obviously very disappointed when it broke. 

I took the TV back to Curry's as I knew it had a 5 year Sony warranty and Curry's confirmed this. 

But now it seems that Sony will not honour the 5 year warranty and refuse to repair it. This is a TV that is a mere 18 months old. 

I am totally disappointed in Sony, 1: because I expect there products to last longer than 18 months ( which is bound to be because they now have there products made on the cheap in CHINA). And 2: because I cannot believe that a collosal company like Sony will not honour the warranty they give out. I am going to contact the consumer rights programme Watchdog and let EVERYONE know just how appalling this company has become.
