Hello,
I have a Sony Vaio laptop.
I don't Know why but I have a problem: gray screen was appear always when I switch on the laptop.
I have use ASSIST touch and reinitiate the program as requested with keeping all files.
Since that, the power problem has been resolved, but there is no more windows 8, and I can't find it any more. I tried to go to threw the vaio care touch: it is impossible .
What can I do to get back my windows 8 ??
