I have a Ps4 and recently updated my email, I then went to sign in with the new email and it did not work, I am now unable to sign into my account. I have called PlayStation support 8 times and keep being told there are more calls then usual and they cannot take my call. I have also contacted them using chat and it did not work. Anyone know what to do?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this forum is only for electronic products and Xperia phones. Nothing related to PS here unfortunately.
