Just purchased first ever camcoder had one before, a free gift. then purchased a scan disc media card of the right type. used it fine yesterday. today it' keeps telling me to reinsert media card.. Know I should return it to retailer but they won't accept it they keep telling me to contact Sony. . It's brand new and cost £200, as a pensioner I can't afford this and the expensive phone calls to Sony. Anyone have any ideas as to the problem ?? just a duff camera? Media card ? how does on return a media card when you have to cut the packaging up to get at the goods??
